June Bonus Story: The Confession of Frank Mallory

This month, those who Donate $5.00 to DarkIcon.com will receive the story “The Confession of Frank Mallory”.
It’s a horror story of around 4700 words or so, with definite connections to some of my other recent horror shorts. If last month’s story “The Text” didn’t start pulling things together for you, then this one should do the trick. At the very least you’ll get more insight into just what the hell was going on in “The Passenger”. And just WHY am I mentioning these stories that you can’t read any more?

Because I’m an evil bastard, that’s why.

As always, after you pay via PayPal you have to click the link that takes you back to the site. You’ll arrive at the download page. If that doesn’t work for you, let me know and I’ll fix it ASAP.

Got it, will be reading it either tonight or tomorrow and I’ll post comments afterward.

In the future, would it be much trouble to have page numbers added to the pdf file? I have to print odds then evens on my home pc, and page numbers would make it easier to keep things straight.

Thanks for all the hard work you do. I’m enjoying it all.

As for being an evil bastard, tweak ’em all you can. If they aren’t donating they deserve to know they’re missing something good.

OK, I’ll have to go back and re-read my copy of the passenger. If you don’t have a copy, don’t bother asking me for it. It was a bonus for donating, and you snooze you lose.

This story was pretty decent. A bit lovecraftian but not too much. The ending was a bit confusing, but overall I’d give this one 7 out of 10.

It’s not an infection. It’s an invasion.
    Someone/someThing is harvesting resources.
People lose their minds on that road.
