Here is Page 85.
Cool. Ethan isn’t as dumb as he appeared. He just can’t keep track of time.
Are the nannites that solid of a mass to cause the platform to shudder? I know they’re solid as far as physical abilities, but I hadn’t pictured them being that massive.
I imagine them being heavier than a normal human, probably much heavier. It’s essentially a mobile sculpture. I suppose it’s not exactly solid, since the nannites have to move around each other to some degree, but still quite heavy.
You’ve seen that override code before, btw.
Great, now I’m going to be obsessing until I re-read everything again and find it. Can you at least let us know where to begin?
I guess the nannites would be heavy, considering they’re metallic. I’ll be back on Wednesday for more.
Used in a very similar circumstance.
Dark Fortress. Alternate Zade’s remote detonation sequence. Damn it, now I want you to get back to writing December stories. There are just too many open threads in that series to not want more.
I was surprised nobody said anything about the name of the second cyborg, so I took it a step further with the code. The code had to be SOMETHING, after all, so why think up whole new one? ;)
I wanted to mention the name, but figured it was pretty much a coincidence because it is a cool name. I probably never would have caught on the code if you hadn’t mentioned it.
Will be see the other cyborg before the end of the story is the big question. It’s hard to guess where you’re going with your characters, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see this story end in the facility, and somewhere “out there” is a compratiot of Stryger’s who is aware of what he’s doing and decides to finish the job.
Nothing’s ever a coincidence.
No, we won’t see the other cyborg in this one.
