In Deed: Page 106

Here’s page 106 of “In Deed”.

Wow. Did I vastly misjudge the length of THIS story. Yes, we’re very close to the end, but we’re almost up to the length of “Court of the Abominatrix”, and I figured this story would be shorter than that one. Oh well, I never was good at these things.

The length is ok with me. I just miss the days when the updates were an average of 30 pages each, and there were other writers contributing their own stories. Earlier this week I was thinking about one of them: the bounty hunter who rode the nightmare. Can’t remember his name at the moment though.

I’m going to print this page out and will comment on it in the morning.

I don’t remember that one. Was that something somebody put on the Asylum Walls?

Yeah, it was on the AW. I think the name of the character was Gorgon Naylor, and there were a couple of stories concerning him. Very over-powered character, but well written. I’ve got most of those stories from the AW on a CD somewhere.

Page 106 wasn’t what I was expecting. Dropping the nannite soldier out of the cargo hold door is just too easy.

Oh, we’re not THAT close to the end.

Yep, the character was Gorgon Naylor and the person that wrote that one also gave the same name.
Sometimes I still look at the Asylum Walls.
The length of the history is good for me also. The fact that your characters surprise you is good as is the lack of completely stupid characters.
